The perfect tenses in an anamnesis Present Perfect : We use the present perfect to describe actions that occurred at an unspecified time before now. We are interested more in the result of that past or continuing action now. Interrogative: "Have you experienced any pain in your chest?" Negative: "I have not had any allergic reactions previously."
